A Real Bike Trailer House

Check this out; a real [COLOR=#7da7d9 !important][FONT=inherit !important][COLOR=#7da7d9 !important][FONT=inherit !important]bike[/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR][/COLOR] trailer house! It’s not built to be a four-season house but it looks fairly complete and lightweight. It weights only 100 pounds dry. It was built by a guy named Paul who likes to build a cool transportation toys like 3-wheeler bikes.

This camper served as his nomadic home for a week at Burningman. It wasn’t made to work for long road trips but it does sound like a successful proof of concept. Every time I stumble across one of these tiny bike houses it makes me think that a bike pulled tiny house is a perfectly logical low-cost solution for some people. In our increasingly interconnected global society more and more people are becoming aware of the disasters that impact populations of people around the world. This simple post-disaster home designed by Encore Heureux to be pulled along by a person or hitched to a bike.


The fact that this design is modest in scale, scope and material expense makes it all the more practical to build on-site after emergencies. Likewise, since it can be pulled by anything from an individual to a car it is also useful even for those without vehicles.

There is of course also no reason these nifty miniature mobile homes would have to be used exclusively in emergency situations – they could also make camping companions for people on rural long-distance bike trips or work in urban areas as portable homeless shelters.

Pedaling your way to clean water? You can do just that thanks to Japan’s Nippon Basic Company who have introduced “Cycloclean,” a durable bike equipped with a kinetic water purifier. Initially designed for disaster zones and remote villages, users can bike to virtually anywhere there is a water source, be it rivers, ponds, pools and even wells, and source their own clean water. The device is in fact powerful enough to siphon water from a depth of five meters! An innovative design, the Cycloclean could give way to life changing conditions in remote or contaminated villages around the globe.

มีจักรยาน อย่าลืมพวก สูบลมแบบพกพา , ชุดปะยาง , ยางในสำรอง , ที่งัดยาง เสริมด้วยครับ

ตอนนี้ผมกลายเป็น มือเก่าหัดขี่ไปแล้ว กำลังจะฝึกซ้อมการเปลี่ยนยาง แบบรวดเร็วอยู่ครับ

 

ผมก็ไม่ค่อยถนัดการงัดยางรถจักรยานเท่าใด เคยทำกับเสือหมอบ ทำยางในรั่วทุกที ต้องใช้ที่งัดยางเฉพาะ/ไขควงที่ปากไม่คม ชุดปะยางแบบเร่งด่วน ผมไม่ค่อยได้เห็นที่ปะยางที่ใช้ไฟจุดด้านบนของแผ่นปะยาง แต่ผมมีสตรีมเหล็กปะยางรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ คุณก้อง รถเสือภูเขาของผม ตีนผีมันโนเนม (ตอนซื้อเราคิดว่าเป็นเกียร์ชิมาโนทั้งชุด) แต่ตีนผีไม่ใช่ ผมจะซื้อเฉพาะตีนของชิมาโนมาใส่ มันจะใช้กันได้หรือไม่ คือ มันอาจจะต่างรุ่น กับชุดสับจานหน้าและหลัง

 

ชุดสับจานหน้า....ใช้สับด้วยมือซ้าย
ชุดสับตีนผี (หลัง)....ใช้สับด้วยมือขวา

สองชุดนี้แยกกันอิสระ...ตีนผีมีตัวตั้งความตึงโซ่...ทำให้โซ่ไม่หย่อน

พี่มารีนลองเปลี่ยนเป็น Shimano รุ่น Acera (ราคาไม่ค่อยแพง) + เปลี่ยน Shifter (ชุดสับตีนผี ) ของ Shimano ด้วยจะได้เข้ากัน (ลื่นกว่า)


ปล.ดูที่จานหลังด้วยว่า 7 Speed (ชั้น) หรือ 8 Speed
ปล2. ที่ thaimtb มีของติดรถ (ใหม่) ถอดขาย....ราคาไม่แพงครับ

เสริมอีกนิดนะครับก่อนจะใช้ที่งัดงัดยางควรปล่อยลมออกให้หมดก่อน หลังจากนั้นให้บีบยางนอกให้ทั่ววงล้อเพื่อให้ยางหลุดขอบเข้าไปในร่องกลางของขอบล้อซะก่อนเพื่อให้สามารถงัดยางนอกได้ง่าย ยางนอกบางรุ่นแทบไม่ต้องใช้ที่งัดยางเลยครับ(i)(i)

วันนี้ เป็นวันปั่นวันแรก ปั่นได้ระยะทาง 34 กิโลเมตร ใช้เวลานานพอสมควร

หลังจากที่ไม่ได้ปั่นมาร่วม 10 ปี รู้สึกเหนื่อย และเพลียมากจริงๆครับ คงต้องจัดตารางปั่นและการรับประทานอาหารให้เข้มข้นครับ

 

ช่วงนี้ไม่ได้ไปปั่นเลย ฝนตกเกือบทุกวัน ผมไปค้นหาแล้วเจอหมวกขี่จักรยานเอาแบบพอใช้ได้ของเดอะไบค์ 390 บาท ปกติใช้หมวกกันน็อคแบบครึ่งใบ แต่เกียร์ต้องดูก่อนว่าจะเอาแบบไหนมาใส่ จะเอาของชิมาโนที่พอใช้ได้ มือใหม่หัดปั่น ต้องเริ่มจากแบบราคาไม่สูงไปหาของดีที่ราคาสูง เริ่มหาที่ละอย่าง สองอย่าง เช่น ถ้าของที่สั่งของเขาชัวร์ดี ต่อไปอาจจะเอาเสื้อกางเกง ตอนนี้เล่นแบบบ้านๆไปก่อน ถ้าเข้าที่ เข้าทางแล้ว ค่อยเล่นแบบมือโปร วันที่ 17-18 ก.ย.2554 ก็ไปช่วยงานสัมมนา "๓ ต. ต่อชีวิต เพิ่มทางรอดจากภัยพิบัติ”ที่คุณธร จัดที่วัดหนองหญ้าปล้อง จ.กาญจนบุรี

 

วิธีใส่ยาง Tubeless (ยางแบบไม่ใช้ยางใน) ใช้กับขอบล้อทั่วไปไม่ได้นะครับ

ถ้าจะใช้ตีนผี Shimano Acera X Made In Japan สำหรับ 21 sp ราคา 450 บาท เขาบอกนิยมใช้กับรถพับ ควรจะใช้สับจาน Acera X ขนาด 31.8 ล/บ Made In Japan ของใหม่ ราคา 350 บาท หรือถ้าจะเปลี่ยนเป็นตีนผี Shimano Acera ลูกกลิ้งใหญ่ สำหรับ 24 sp สีดำ อันละ 500 บาทได้หรือไม่และ จะต้องใช้กับสับจานสับจาน Acera X ขนาด 31.8 ล/บ Made In Japan ของใหม่ ราคา 350 บาท ใช่หรือไม่

 

ผมเคยใช้ตีนผี Deore 27 speed ไปใช้กับจักรยานผม 24 speed ก็ใช้ได้นะครับ แต่ผมไม่ชัวร์ว่า Acera ไปใช้ 18 เกียร์ ได้หรือไม่ ต้องรอถามช่าง ดีกว่าครับ ให้เขา set ให้

แต่ Acera ดีครับ ผมแนะนำ เคยใช้อยู่สมัยก่อน เดี๋ยวนี้พัฒนาดีขึ้นมากครับ
